Winter Training is Back! - Updated

Norfolk Winter Training is Back!   Don’t miss out on 6-weeks of 90 min sessions covering hitting, throwing, baserunning, and fielding drills for A, AA, AAA, and Majors Leagues. Ages 7yr-12yrs. First round starts the week of February 3rd and continues until the week of March 23rd. (no sessions during winter vacation break) Sessions will be once a week-night, by age level, (M, W, or F) at either the H. Registering you child or yourself for baseball and coaching is easy. Overview of Norfolk Baseball Programs: The baseball programs maintained by the association serve Norfolk’s youth from the age of 4 through the age of 18. Players age 4 start out in T-Ball and can, at their own pace, progress all the way through the system to Babe Ruth.   Baseball Age: Players are placed based on “Baseball Age”, which is the age of a player as of April 30th .  This is in accordance with USA Baseball and other governing body leagues.    Please note, the league may make exceptions to plac

For 2018 Cal Ripken and  Babe Ruth have adopted the new USA Baseball Bat Rules. 9U, 11U, and 12U Cal Ripken Teams Advance to Sate Tournament

Congratulations to our 9U, 11U, and 12U Cal Ripken teams for advancing to the State Tournament.  Our 12U team will kick off State Tournament play on June 28th in Freetown,  our 9U and 11U teams will start their tournament play July 5th with 9U in Winchester and 11U  in Kingston.  Please continue to support our teams as we look for our first State Championship.
